I check in a Hotel and ask for Monthly payment. The manager said, they have no monthly that there was a list.
So I ask for a weekly – the manager told us that we could only stay here for 4 weeks and check out, and if we want to to check back in – we had to wait 28 days before we can check back in the California Hotel/motel.
During our stay, we found out that he has given other people monthly, and were not on the list, .. and we found out that there are lots of people who is living in this Hotel – more then a year or 6 month paying weekly.
also the place has roaches too.
help. I feel i was miss treated or lyed too
can i report this too someone…..
monthly – he gave it to people he knew and just check in.
the owner is always listen to him.
roaches – I saw 2 or 4 roaches

can i report it or something

   sure you can report it…call his boss or the head of the motel chain

   You can’t force a hotel/motel to give you monthly or weekly rates. Hotels/motels that do offer monthly/weekly rates usually limit it to a certain percentage of rooms. They make more money renting on a per day basis.

   If the place had roaches and was so bad, why did you want to stay there?
